Age

Every client must be over 18 years of age.

Proper use

Clients agree to use the MegaGear products properly. Customers agree not to overdose MegaGear products. All MegaGear products are to be used orally.

Withdrawal/Return of Goods (EU only)

How To Return An Item from EU country

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email info@mega-gear.eu to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:   we will supply address by e-mail

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions

The items can not be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

No returns are possible from non-EU countries.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 5% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item in our offer. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Additional costs

The price charged is final and includes packing and shipping as well as all local taxes in the country of distributor. The price doesn't include possible taxes in the country of the client. The price also doesn't include possible additional fees for storage of the parcel by the carrier in case of prolonged dealings with the customs in clients country or area.
